30-day money-back guarantee

If your House of Wonders order doesn't make your room feel magical, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund of the product price. This applies to everything we sell: the Snowfall Projector Lamp, the Gift Cascade wall lights, the Glowing Reindeer wall light and Spellwicks floating candles.

How to start a return

  1. Message us through the Contact page or email shophouseofwonders@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item and all of its parts in the original box and ship it back. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Condition

Items should be returned complete and in resalable condition: for the projector, the lamp, base, slide and cable; for the wall lights, the lit trail or pieces, battery box and remote; for the candles, the candles, wand, threads and hooks. Used hooks, threads and adhesive pads are fine; we understand you may have tried it. Missing or broken components may reduce the refund.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement first, or refund you in full if you prefer, and you won't need to send the faulty item back unless we ask.

Exchanges

Want a different design, power option or set size? Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange it as a return and a new order, or swap it before it ships if you reach us within 12 hours of ordering.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they haven't shipped. After that, use the return process above.
