Who we are

Benchwarmer is an independent online store selling USB-heated stadium seats and seat pads. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the NFL, the NCAA, any team, league, venue or trademark owner. Team names and colors that appear in our videos are for illustration only.

Orders

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after payment, we refund it in full. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Products

Our products are low-voltage USB-powered heated seats. The Heated Stadium Seat has a padded seat and back, fold-down armrests, cup-holder pockets, backpack straps, a bleacher strap and an inline remote with three heat levels; it runs from a USB power bank. The Heated Seat Pad is a compact cushion with no back or arms, five heat levels and an auto-off timer. Heating elements warm to a comfortable surface temperature; they are not a substitute for appropriate clothing in extreme cold. Images and videos on this site show the products in styled settings; the stadium, people and other items are not included, and some lifestyle imagery is computer-generated to show the effect.

Venue policies

Stadiums and arenas set their own rules on bags, seat cushions and seat-backs, and they change them. It is your responsibility to check your venue's policy before bringing a Benchwarmer product to an event. A product being refused at a gate is not a defect, but our 30-day return policy still applies.

Safe use

Use each product as described on its page. Don't use it while wet, don't fold the heating area sharply, don't sit on the cable, and don't use it with a power source other than a standard USB power bank or adapter. People who cannot feel heat normally, including infants and some people with medical conditions, should not use heated seating without advice. Switch it off and unplug it if it shows any damage. Keep cables and small parts away from children and pets. We're not responsible for damage caused by improper use.

Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy, which form part of these terms. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse and typically arrive in 10–20 days.

Content and intellectual property

The Benchwarmer name, logo, photos, videos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse our content commercially without permission.

User content

If you tag us or send us photos or videos of your Benchwarmer at a game, you give us permission to repost them on our social channels and website with credit. Tell us at any time if you'd like one removed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
